Trisha Krishnan has made her debut in bollywood with the movie “ Khatta Meetha” . The movie was a disappointing movie for the pretty starlet, but has earned her good reviews from the audiences.

Now, the latest bollywood entry is all set to act in her second film of bollywood, which is yet to be titled. Director Gautham menon will direct the movie and actor Prateik babbar will be acting in the movie as the male lead.

South Indian Petite beauty Trisha Krishnan is said to be keeping her fingers crossed for her debut. But the movie is said to be getting mixed response from the people, who had a preview of it. Officially “Khatta Meetha” will release on July 23^rd, 2010. But there are reports that the first copy has been already pirated and is said to be available in metro cities for Rs 50.

Now, coming to the main news, as suspected from all Priyadarshan films, the movie has nothing to impress. But it is said to be just a light comic film with a few message oriented scenes for the government officials.

For this reason, it is rumored that Trisha is avoiding the promotion of “Khatta Meetha” and this deed of her is making the producer and actor Akshay Kumar miffed with her.

According to sources, Trisha is interested in her Tamil project “ Manmadhan Ambu” opposite to Kamal Hassan and is totally ignoring the promotion of “ Khatte Meeta”. This has made her co-star and producer Akshay Kumar, a bit miffed, and he complained the same to the director. On repeated request of director Priyadarshan, the actress ignored his calls.

So, the missing of Trisha’s promotion in her debut could backlash at her immensely.

Actors Akshay Kumar and director Priyadarshan are giving all praises for the sizzling star and expects a big career for Trisha. Reacting to some media reports that Trisha cannot read or write Hindi Trisha Krishnan cleared the air that she is now a perfect woman in Hindi. She can now read and write the language and admitted that she was a bit weak in the national language, before she started “ Khatta meeta”.

Trisha is acting in a Tamil film after VTV and hopes to strike gold with this film. Actor Kamal Hassan and Madhavan will be sharing screen space with the actress. Trisha even disclosed that her mother Uma will not be a part of this project which is directed by KS Ravikumar

Trisha Krishnan usually charges Rs 75 to Rs 90 lacks for Tamil ort Telugu films. But surprisingly, this beauty has worked for “Khatta Meeta” for just Rs 35 lakhs. The said amount is said to be a fact and so she is getting great offers from low grade producers of Bollywood who are overjoyed to listen that a bollywood popular beauty is available for just a meager amount.

Akshay Kumar plays the lead in the movie and will be seen in the character of a road laying contractor. Trisha will be playing the role of a commissioner in charge of the laid roads and buildings under government and Panchayathraj terms. Akshay Kumar falls in love with Trisha from college days and after some incidents and in the present situation, Trisha puts some terms and conditions for his love to be accepted.

According to sources, Trisha’s mom Uma will be a part of Kamal Hassan’s project “Manmdhan Ambu”. Trisha clarifies that still; the decision is not finalized and her mother Uma is in a dilemma to accept the offer.

Uma Krishnan is a big fan of Kamal Hassan and so Trisha recommended her name for a character in the upcoming film of Kamal Hassan. But now, after the media splash, Uma is said to be shy and is backing out. But Trisha is confident to push her mom into the acting field.

Uma Krishnan in a shy tone disclosed that she has no interest in acing in the films, which is a bit surprising.

There is news that KR Ravi Kumar demanded a bit blotted Trisha in the movie, but Trisha was comfortable with her size zero body and rejected the directors offers to put on some weight it is gossiped that Trisha wants to maintain a size zero figure in order to get more bollywood offers.

Commenting on big budget films for turning into big flops, Trisha disclosed that Kollywood films are kept under wraps and are not promoted to full extent. For this reason, many big budget movies are seeing loss at the box office. She feels that the Kollywood films must follow bollywood culture of immense publicity for gaining momentum at the box office.
